The first step is to mechanically reduce the polymer fraction. This process transforms the form of the material into a uniform grind, which is crucial for the stability of the entire process. Proper shredding allows for precise carrying out of subsequent steps such as washing, flotation and extrusion.

At this stage, the raw material is subjected to intensive mechanical purification. The goal is to remove the heaviest dirt: sand, earth and paper labels. Thanks to the pre-wash, we protect the key components of the line from premature wear and prepare the base for deep cleaning.

In contrast to the preliminary stage, the essential wash focuses on impurities permanently attached to the polymer surface. Using dynamic forces, we effectively remove the remains of adhesives, dyes and fats, restoring the natural properties of the flakes.

The flotation process takes advantage of differences in the density of materials. In a water bath, light plastics (PE, PP) rise to the surface, while heavier impurities and other polymers sink to the bottom. The mechanical system of shovels precisely receives the pure fraction, guaranteeing an ideal selection of the raw material.

After the previous processes, it is necessary to effectively remove moisture. In the first stage of drying, we use a centrifuge, which, thanks to its high rotation, centrifuges water from the surface of the flakes, preparing the material for final processing.

The final stage is high-performance mechanical drying using a screw press. This is a process dedicated to particularly light fractions (PE/PP films). The maximum reduction in humidity at this stage is a guarantee of the highest quality of the final regranulate.
